This Privacy Policy explains how Sairik Labs LLC ("SairikLabs," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you visit sairiklabs.com, create an account, use ImageAI or another SairikLabs product, make a purchase, or contact us.

Scope and Who Is Responsible

Sairik Labs LLC is responsible for the personal information covered by this policy. This policy applies to our websites, browser-based software, account areas, support channels, and related digital services. A third-party website or service linked from our products is governed by its own policy.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the services, we may collect:

Account and profile data: name or display name, email address, authentication identifiers, language, preferences, plan, and account status.
Purchase and billing data: subscription, credit-package, invoice, payment status, currency, tax, and transaction references. Stripe processes complete payment-card details; we do not directly store complete card numbers or card security codes.
User content and service data: images and other files you upload, processing instructions, generated or edited results, tool settings, job status, credit usage, and deletion actions.
Communications: support messages, privacy requests, feedback, survey responses, and related correspondence.
Technical and usage data: IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, browser, device, operating system, referring page, pages and features used, timestamps, diagnostics, security events, and cookie preferences.
Information from service providers: payment confirmation, sign-in confirmation, fraud or abuse signals, delivery status, and support or infrastructure events.

Please do not upload information you do not have the right to use, or highly sensitive material that is unnecessary for the requested service.

Why We Use Information

We use personal information to:

create and administer accounts, authenticate users, and maintain sessions;
provide image-processing tools, queue jobs, deliver results, and restore credits for eligible failed jobs;
process purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and billing support;
operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the reliability and usability of our services;
prevent fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized access, malicious files, policy violations, and other misuse;
respond to support, legal, privacy, and safety requests;
send transactional messages and, with the required permission, product or marketing communications;
comply with law, enforce our agreements, and protect users, SairikLabs, and others.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the services, consent, and compliance with legal obligations, as appropriate to the activity.

Images, Files, and AI Processing

Images and instructions submitted to ImageAI are used to provide the processing you request. SairikLabs does not use customer uploads or private processing results to train models owned by SairikLabs unless we first obtain separate, explicit permission.

Depending on the selected tool and current configuration, a job may be processed by SairikLabs infrastructure or by an enabled third-party cloud processor, including Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Baidu AI Cloud, or another processor identified in the service. Those providers receive only the data reasonably needed to perform the requested job and process it under their applicable terms and privacy practices. Provider-side retention or security controls may differ from ours. Do not submit highly sensitive images when external processing would be unacceptable to you.

Files controlled by SairikLabs are generally retained for the period shown in the applicable plan or product interface. Current plan defaults are up to 24 hours for Free, 30 days for Lite, 90 days for Pro, and 180 days for Ultra. Files can be removed earlier when you delete them, close an account, a security or policy issue requires removal, or storage is no longer operationally necessary. Backups and security logs may persist for a limited additional period before routine deletion.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential technologies for authentication, security, anti-forgery protection, language and display preferences, session continuity, and payment workflows. Optional analytics are kept disabled until the required choice or consent is provided. Details and controls are available in our Cookie Policy.

We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary to:

service providers supporting hosting, storage, authentication, email, customer support, analytics, security, payments, and AI processing;
professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and corporate transaction participants subject to appropriate confidentiality duties;
authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, users, or the integrity of the services;
a successor in a merger, financing, reorganization, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to applicable safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not authorize service providers to use customer uploads for their own general advertising. Where laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising more broadly, you may submit an applicable opt-out request through our privacy request form.

Data Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including account administration, service delivery, security, dispute resolution, tax and accounting obligations, and enforcement of agreements. Retention varies by data type. For example, temporary files may be deleted quickly, while invoices and transaction records may be kept longer where required for financial or legal compliance.

When retention is no longer justified, we delete, anonymize, or isolate the information, subject to backup cycles and legal preservation requirements.

International Processing

Sairik Labs LLC is registered in the United States and operates remotely. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate. When required, we use contractual or other recognized safeguards for cross-border transfers. Privacy protections can differ between countries.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport, restricted secret handling, logging, rate limits, and provider review. No system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also opt out of marketing messages by using the unsubscribe link, without affecting transactional messages.

Signed-in users can download a JSON copy of account, payment, credit, and image-job data from Settings → Security. Eligible accounts can also be deleted there; an active subscription must first be canceled and reach the end of its paid service period. You may alternatively submit a request through our privacy request form or email [email protected]. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may be required to provide proof of authority. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority.

California and Other U.S. State Notices

Residents of jurisdictions with comprehensive privacy laws may request the rights available under applicable law, including information about collection, access, correction, deletion, portability, and applicable opt-outs. We do not discriminate against a user for exercising a valid privacy right. We honor supported browser-based opt-out signals where legally required and technically applicable.

Children's Privacy

The services are not directed to children under 13, or to a higher minimum age where local law requires it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child below the applicable age. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information should contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Automated Decisions

We may use automated systems to detect abuse, suspicious payments, unsafe files, or policy violations. We do not use solely automated processing to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about users, unless disclosed and permitted by applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
