How we protect customers and the service

No payments during the beta
Paid checkout, subscriptions, and credit purchases are disabled. The site does not request card details or collect payment information; paid options are future previews only.
Files and images
Uploads are restricted by type, size, and pixels; download links are short-lived; files are cleaned up according to plan retention.
Privacy controls
Non-essential analytics requires cookie consent. Users can export account data, delete their account, or submit a privacy request.
Content and abuse
Illegal, fraudulent, privacy-invasive, non-consensual intimate content, and harmful deepfakes are prohibited. Users can report image-job issues.
Reliability and recovery
Payment confirmation prevents duplicate fulfillment; failed processing jobs automatically refund credits; account pages show payment, credit, and job status.
Processing transparency
Service-provider categories and image use
We use service providers only as needed for accounts, payments, email, hosting, storage, security, and the image processing requested by the customer. Processing is determined automatically by the feature selected by the user.
Payment status
ImageAI is currently in free public beta and creates no new orders, subscriptions, or charges. Checkout, refund, and cancellation information will be updated before paid access opens.
Hosting, storage, and email
Infrastructure providers support website delivery, file storage, security controls, transactional email, and customer support. Access is limited by role and operational need.
Image-processing providers
Jobs may be processed by SairikLabs infrastructure or an enabled cloud processor described in the privacy policy, using only the data reasonably necessary for the requested job.
Model training
SairikLabs does not use customer uploads or private processing results to train models owned by SairikLabs unless we first obtain separate, explicit permission.
