This page explains SairikLabs public policy in plain language. If a product or checkout screen provides a more specific, newer, legally effective term, that specific term controls for the relevant transaction.
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to SairikLabs services, accounts, APIs, uploads, outputs, and related features. It forms part of our Terms of Service. You are responsible for your content, instructions, and use or distribution of results.
Illegal and Harmful Content
You may not use the services to upload, generate, edit, process, store, or distribute content that:
- violates applicable law or facilitates criminal activity;
- sexually exploits or endangers a minor, depicts sexual content involving a minor, or attempts to sexualize a person who may be a minor;
- contains non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or content produced without required consent;
- promotes terrorism, violent extremism, credible threats, targeted harassment, hate-based abuse, or instructions intended to cause serious harm;
- meaningfully facilitates self-harm, trafficking, unlawful weapons activity, or other grave physical harm;
- infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or data-protection rights;
- unlawfully discriminates or supports a prohibited high-impact decision in employment, housing, credit, education, insurance, healthcare, or legal services.
Deception, Fraud, and Impersonation
You may not use deceptive impersonation, synthetic media, altered documents, or false claims to defraud, extort, manipulate, harass, or materially mislead a person or organization. This includes phishing, credential theft, forged identity or financial records, fake reviews, spam, and coordinated inauthentic activity.
Clearly disclose synthetic or materially altered media where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to avoid harmful deception.
Security and Platform Abuse
You may not:
- distribute malware, malicious code, exploits, or instructions intended for unauthorized compromise;
- probe, scan, attack, overload, or disrupt systems without authorization;
- bypass authentication, safety measures, rate limits, credit rules, geographic restrictions, account restrictions, or access controls;
- scrape, automate, or create accounts in a manner that violates published limits or interferes with normal operation;
- share credentials, resell access, or provide an unauthorized service wrapper without written permission;
- use stolen payment methods, abuse refunds or chargebacks, or conceal the true origin of activity.
Good-faith security research must be authorized in advance and conducted within the agreed scope.
Privacy, Consent, and Sensitive Images
You must have the rights, notices, and consent required to upload and process a person's image or personal information. Do not use the service for unauthorized surveillance, face identification where unlawful, doxxing, or processing highly sensitive information in a way that creates unreasonable risk.
Regulated and Professional Uses
The service is not a substitute for qualified professional judgment. You may not present an output as a guaranteed medical, legal, financial, safety, or regulatory determination. Any permitted professional use must include appropriate human review and comply with applicable licensing, disclosure, and recordkeeping requirements.
Intellectual Property and Output Review
You are responsible for confirming that submitted content and intended use of an output do not violate third-party rights. Outputs may be inaccurate, similar to other content, or subject to provider or model license terms. Review outputs before publication or commercial use.
Enforcement
We may block content or jobs, limit features, remove material, return or withhold credits where appropriate, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect users or infrastructure, respond to legal process, or reduce harm.
Enforcement may consider severity, intent, history, impact, and whether a violation can be corrected. We may act immediately where delay would create security, legal, or safety risk.
Reporting and Appeals
Report suspected misuse to [email protected] with enough information for us to locate and review the activity. A user may request review of an enforcement decision by replying to the notice or contacting support. We may require identity or account verification and are not required to disclose information that would compromise security, privacy, or another investigation.
Changes
We may update this policy as products, risks, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
