This page explains SairikLabs public policy in plain language. If a product or checkout screen provides a more specific, newer, legally effective term, that specific term controls for the relevant transaction.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of sairiklabs.com, ImageAI, and related digital products and services provided by Sairik Labs LLC ("SairikLabs," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a service, or using the services, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference.
Eligibility and Authority
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your location. If you use the services for a company or another organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
The services are not available to a person or entity prohibited from receiving them under applicable trade, sanctions, export-control, or other law.
Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate information, keep it current, protect account credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a failure for which SairikLabs is legally responsible.
You may not transfer, sell, rent, or share an account in a way that creates security, payment, or policy risk. We may require email, payment, or identity verification when reasonably necessary to protect the account or service.
The Services
SairikLabs provides browser-based software, AI-assisted image-processing tools, account features, digital credits, and related services. Specific tools, providers, formats, limits, availability, and processing behavior may differ by product, plan, location, and time.
Features identified as beta, preview, experimental, or free may be changed, limited, or discontinued with less notice and may be less reliable than generally available features. We do not promise that every input will produce a usable output or that an output will meet a particular creative, commercial, legal, or technical requirement.
User Content and Permission to Process It
You retain any ownership rights you have in images, instructions, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant SairikLabs and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and otherwise process User Content only as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the requested service and deliver results;
- secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the services;
- investigate abuse, billing, or support issues;
- comply with law and enforce these Terms.
You represent that you have all rights, notices, permissions, and consents needed to submit and process User Content. Do not submit content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or another person's rights.
SairikLabs does not use private customer uploads or processing results to train models owned by SairikLabs unless separate, explicit permission is obtained. Third-party processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
Outputs and Your Use
Subject to these Terms, you may use outputs for lawful personal or commercial purposes to the extent permitted by applicable law, third-party rights, and any provider or model terms disclosed for the applicable tool.
AI-assisted outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, similar to material produced for others, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for human review, required disclosures, rights clearance, and the decision to publish, rely on, or commercially use an output. SairikLabs does not guarantee that an output is unique, non-infringing, or eligible for intellectual-property protection.
Acceptable Use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you may not use the services for illegal or seriously harmful content, exploitation, fraud, deceptive impersonation, infringement, unauthorized surveillance, security attacks, malware, payment abuse, or circumvention of controls and usage limits.
Plans, Prices, and Taxes
Available plans, included features, usage limits, and prices are displayed on the relevant product or checkout page. Unless checkout states otherwise, charges are presented in United States dollars (USD). Applicable tax and the final amount are shown before payment confirmation when supported by the payment provider.
We may change future prices or plan features. A price change for an existing recurring subscription will apply no earlier than permitted by applicable law and the notice provided for that subscription. Promotions can have separate eligibility, duration, and renewal terms.
Credits and Usage Units
Credits are limited service-use units. They are not money, a bank account, stored value, property held for safekeeping, or a transferable instrument. Unless we expressly state otherwise, credits:
- can be used only for eligible SairikLabs services;
- cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash;
- are deducted according to the tool and cost shown before or at submission;
- may expire according to the applicable plan, purchase terms, or account display;
- may be corrected when issued or deducted in error, or adjusted for eligible failed jobs.
Subscription credits and separately purchased credit packages may have different expiration rules. Closing an account or losing access for a serious policy violation can result in loss of unused credits except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Subscriptions, Renewal, and Cancellation
A paid subscription automatically renews at the interval and price displayed at checkout or in the billing portal until canceled. You authorize the payment provider to charge the saved payment method for each renewal, applicable tax, and disclosed fee.
You can stop future renewal as described in the Subscription Cancellation Policy. Unless expressly stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and paid access generally continues until then. Cancellation does not by itself refund a completed charge or delete the account.
Payment, Delivery, and Refunds
Paid entitlements and credit packages are delivered digitally after payment confirmation. Processing-job results are delivered through the account workspace. Delivery details, file availability, failure states, and credit restoration are described in the Digital Service Delivery Policy.
Refund eligibility, billing-error review, required information, and processing times are described in the Refund Policy. Contact support promptly about duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized, or undelivered charges. Do not send complete card credentials.
If a payment fails, the provider may retry it, and we may limit or suspend paid access. You remain responsible for valid charges and applicable taxes. We may use reasonable fraud-prevention controls and may suspend an account while a chargeback or unauthorized-payment investigation is pending.
SairikLabs Intellectual Property
The services, software, website, designs, documentation, trademarks, branding, and non-user content are owned by SairikLabs or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Except for the limited right to use the services under these Terms, no intellectual-property right is transferred to you.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from protected service components except where applicable law does not permit the restriction or where we give written permission.
Feedback
If you voluntarily provide product feedback or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as the source without permission.
Third-Party Services
The services may rely on or link to payment, authentication, infrastructure, analytics, or AI-processing providers. Their services and content may be governed by separate terms. SairikLabs is not responsible for a third party's independent acts, content, or service availability, but this does not remove responsibilities we cannot exclude under applicable law.
Suspension and Termination
We may block a job, restrict features, suspend an account, or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, security risk, fraud, abuse, a material or repeated policy violation, legal requirements, or risk to users or infrastructure. We may act immediately where delay would create meaningful harm.
You may stop using the services at any time. Signed-in users can export account data and delete an eligible account from Settings → Security. An account with an active subscription must first be canceled and reach the end of its paid service period. Privacy requests can also be submitted through the privacy request form. Provisions that by their nature should continue—such as payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—survive termination.
Service Changes and Availability
We work to operate reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability. Maintenance, provider outages, demand, network conditions, legal restrictions, and events outside reasonable control may affect operation. We may modify or discontinue features and will provide notice when reasonably appropriate or legally required.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services and outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.” SairikLabs disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
The services do not provide medical, legal, financial, safety, or other regulated professional advice. You should obtain qualified advice and apply appropriate human review before relying on an output in a consequential context.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SairikLabs and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising from or related to the services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of SairikLabs for all claims arising from or related to the services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid SairikLabs for the affected services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including any liability that applicable law requires to remain unlimited.
Indemnity for Business Use
If you use the services on behalf of a business, you will defend and indemnify SairikLabs against third-party claims arising from your unlawful User Content, your material violation of these Terms, or your misuse of the services, to the extent permitted by law. This obligation does not apply to a claim caused by SairikLabs's own unlawful conduct.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Before filing a formal claim, you and SairikLabs agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort for at least 30 days to resolve the dispute by contacting the other party with a description of the issue and requested resolution. This informal process does not prevent urgent requests for injunctive relief or override a mandatory filing deadline.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when products, risks, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised version will show a new effective date. Material changes will receive additional notice when reasonably appropriate or legally required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
General Terms
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a corporate transaction or business reorganization. These Terms and the incorporated policies are the complete agreement about the services unless a separate written agreement applies.
