ImageAI uses one credit balance across background removal, image enhancement, and 2×/4× upscaling. The right purchase depends less on a promised number of images and more on the type of processing, file size, processing frequency, batch needs, and how long results must remain available.
Credit cost varies by tool, resolution, and selected settings. ImageAI therefore shows the estimated cost before each job instead of claiming that every image costs the same.
Start with Free when validating the workflow
Free is designed for testing the available tools and account workflow before paying. It currently includes trial credits, supports individual image uploads up to 10MB, and retains result files for up to 24 hours.
Choose Free when you need to confirm:
- Whether the tool supports your source files.
- Whether the output style fits the project.
- How the upload, queue, result, and download flow works.
- The typical credit cost of your own images.
Because retention is short, download any result you need promptly.
Choose Lite for occasional routine work
Lite currently includes 300 credits per month, supports up to 2 active jobs and 5 files per batch, and retains results for up to 30 days. Issued subscription credits are valid for 30 days.
Lite is a reasonable fit for individual creators, occasional ecommerce updates, and routine image tasks that do not require a large queue or long archive window.
Choose Pro for recurring professional workflows
Pro currently includes 1,200 credits per month, supports up to 4 active jobs and 20 files per batch, and retains results for up to 90 days. Issued subscription credits are valid for 60 days, allowing use across two monthly billing cycles.
Pro is intended for recurring product-photo work, content production, freelance client files, and small teams that need higher processing priority and more time to retrieve results.
Choose Ultra for high-volume or larger batches
Ultra currently includes 4,000 credits per month, supports up to 6 active jobs and 50 files per batch, and retains results for up to 180 days. Issued subscription credits are valid for 90 days.
Ultra is designed for higher-volume operations and larger batches. It is not necessary simply because one image is important; it is most useful when queue capacity, monthly credit volume, batch size, and longer retention materially affect the workflow.
Use one-time packs when a subscription is unnecessary
One-time packs can be used across all available ImageAI tools without an active paid subscription.
Current packs include:
- New User Starter Pack: 80 credits, valid for 60 days, limited to one purchase per account.
- Mini Pack: 200 credits, valid for 365 days.
- Standard Pack: 500 credits, valid for 365 days.
- Pro Pack: 2,000 credits, valid for 365 days.
- Max Pack: 5,000 credits, valid for 365 days.
A one-time pack can fit a temporary project, occasional use, or a subscription top-up. Credits are service-use units, not cash, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.
Monthly versus annual subscription
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Annual billing lowers the effective monthly price but still grants subscription credits monthly rather than granting the full annual amount at once.
Choose annual billing only when the workflow is expected to continue. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the paid service period. Issued credits keep their original expiration dates; cancellation does not convert them to cash or extend them.
Review the cancellation policy and refund policy before purchase.

- Use Free to measure the cost and output quality on real project files.
- Choose a one-time pack for a temporary project or occasional work.
- Choose Lite for regular light use.
- Choose Pro when recurring volume, batch size, simultaneous active jobs, or 90-day retention matters.
- Choose Ultra only when high monthly volume, larger batches, or 180-day retention is operationally useful.

Delivery, failures, and file retention
Subscriptions and credit packs are delivered digitally to the purchasing account after payment confirmation. Processing results are delivered through the workspace.
Eligible technical failures return the related credits automatically. Successfully completed jobs, unsupported files, policy violations, or user cancellation after processing starts may not qualify for a credit return.
