This page explains SairikLabs public policy in plain language. If a product or checkout screen provides a more specific, newer, legally effective term, that specific term controls for the relevant transaction.
This Cookie Policy explains how Sairik Labs LLC uses cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies on sairiklabs.com and related browser-based services.
What These Technologies Do
A cookie is a small value stored by a browser. Similar technologies can store preferences, maintain a session, measure a page event, or help detect abuse. Some are set by SairikLabs; others may be set by a provider when you actively use its feature.
Essential Technologies
Essential technologies are used for functions you request or that are reasonably necessary to operate and protect the service, including:
- account authentication, session continuity, and sign-out;
- anti-forgery, fraud prevention, rate limiting, and security controls;
- language, display, accessibility, and cookie-consent preferences;
- shopping, checkout, payment confirmation, and billing-portal workflows;
- load balancing, reliability, and basic error diagnostics.
These technologies cannot be disabled through our preference center because the requested feature may not function without them. You can block them in the browser, but sign-in, payment, or other core functions may stop working.
Optional Analytics
Optional analytics help us understand acquisition source, landing path, page performance, and product events. They remain disabled until you provide the choice or consent required in your location.
When enabled, our first-party analytics preference may use a cookie named sairiklabs.analytics and a first-party visitor identifier. Analytics are designed not to record passwords, complete card details, uploaded-image contents, or the body of support and privacy forms.
We do not use optional analytics to build third-party advertising profiles, and we do not enable optional advertising cookies by default.
Your Choices
Where shown, the cookie banner lets you:
- use essential technologies only;
- accept all currently offered categories; or
- review and change categories in Cookie settings.
You can reopen Cookie settings from the website footer. A new preference applies to future collection. Deleting browser storage may remove the saved choice and cause the banner to appear again.
We keep optional analytics disabled when a supported Global Privacy Control signal is received and the signal is legally or operationally applicable. Browser “Do Not Track” behavior is not standardized, but we use supported signals as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Technologies
A provider may use its own technologies when you interact with a provider-hosted flow. Examples include Stripe during checkout or the customer portal, an OAuth provider during social sign-in, and security or infrastructure services used to deliver the site. The provider controls its own technology under its policy. We do not control a provider cookie placed on the provider's own domain.
Duration
Some cookies expire when the browser session ends; others persist long enough to remember a preference, protect an account, or provide approved analytics. Duration depends on purpose and provider configuration. We review persistent technologies and avoid retaining them longer than reasonably necessary.
Updates
We may update this policy when technologies, providers, or legal requirements change. The current effective date appears above.
