Sairik Labs LLC is a U.S.-registered, remotely operated software company. We build browser-based tools for practical digital work. Our first product is ImageAI, an online image-processing service for creators, online sellers, independent professionals, marketing teams, and small businesses.

What ImageAI provides
ImageAI currently brings three common image tasks into one account:

Supported formats and limits are published on the relevant tool page. At the current public limit, a user can upload JPG, PNG, or WebP files up to 10MB each. The workspace shows the selected operation, estimated credit cost, processing status, and available result.
AI processing can produce imperfect edges, textures, colors, text, faces, or product details. Customers should inspect important results before publishing them or using them in commercial listings.
Who the service is for
ImageAI is designed for people and organizations that need routine image work without installing a complex desktop application. Typical customers include ecommerce sellers preparing product listings, creators making social and presentation graphics, freelancers improving client assets, and small teams handling recurring website or marketing images.
The service is not a physical-goods business, marketplace, money-transfer service, financial product, or manual design agency. Customers purchase access to online software and image-processing credits directly from SairikLabs.
How purchasing works
Revenue comes from USD-denominated monthly or annual subscriptions and one-time credit packages. The public pricing page explains the billing interval, included credits, credit expiration, automatic renewal, cancellation, refund eligibility, and digital delivery terms.
Before a paid checkout is confirmed, the customer can review the final charge, billing interval, applicable taxes where required, and the linked purchase policies. Paid subscriptions continue to renew on the selected interval until canceled. A customer can stop future renewal through account billing, while refund requests are reviewed under the published refund policy.
How the service is delivered
ImageAI is delivered entirely online:
- The customer creates and verifies an account.
- The customer chooses a tool and uploads an authorized image.
- The workspace displays file rules and estimated credit usage before submission.
- The job is processed and its status appears in the account.
- The available result is downloaded from the workspace before its retention period ends.
No physical product is shipped. Plans and credits are added to the purchasing account after payment confirmation. If an eligible processing job fails, the system returns the related credits automatically.
Files, privacy, and retention
Customers should upload only images they own or are authorized to process. Files and results are retained according to the period published for the applicable plan or account state, then deleted under the service's retention rules. Customers should download files they need to keep permanently.
The privacy policy explains the categories of account, payment, technical, and uploaded-file data involved. Complete card numbers and card security codes are handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by SairikLabs.

Sairik Labs LLC is registered in Wyoming and operates remotely, providing digital software services to customers worldwide through this website. The company does not maintain a public retail store or walk-in customer location.
Product, billing, refund, privacy, and delivery questions can be sent through the public contact form or to the business-domain email addresses listed on the website. Typical support response times are also published on the contact page. Company address information and supporting evidence required by a bank, payment provider, or regulator are supplied directly through that provider's secure application or verification process.
